Common questions

How is my data stored?

Your progress and journal entries stay on your device. We do not upload them. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I restore a purchase?

If SOLIS offers paid features and you have switched devices or reinstalled, open the app's settings and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so use the same one you bought with.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view or cancel. You can also manage them from the App Store.

How do I reset my progress?

Because your data lives on your device, deleting and reinstalling the app clears it. An in-app reset option is on our list. Email us if you need a hand.

I am struggling with my mental health.
